Buyer has pulled out of the sale

Hit a speed bump with the buyer? 

When a trader wins a listing, they commit to purchasing the item through Trade Me, so we do expect them to complete the deal with you. 

If you're having trouble with the buyer, let us know – we can contact to remind them of their commitment, and see if we can get the trade back on track. 

Remember, we allow two working days for contact, so if the listing has only just closed and you haven't heard back yet, it's best to hang tight and give the buyer a chance to respond. 

If the sale falls through you can always request a refund of your success fees.
