Receiving Trade Me emails

We know it's frustrating when emails don't come through when they should, so we've put together some tips to troubleshoot the most common issues:

  • Check that the email address connected to your Trade Me account is correct on your My Trade Me page.
  • Check your junk and spam folder regularly.
  • Add 'mailer@trademe.co.nz' and 'noreply@trademe.co.nz' to your contacts list or safe-sender list to make sure emails from us aren't blocked.
  • Clear out your inbox (sometimes a full one can stop incoming emails from being received).

 

If all else fails, contact your email service provider to make sure everything is working the way it should!
