Seller has pulled out of the sale

Hit a speed bump with the seller? 

When a seller places a listing on the site, they commit to sell the item through Trade Me, so we do expect them to complete the deal with you. 

If you're having trouble with the seller, let us know – we can contact to remind them of their commitment, and see if we can get the trade back on track. 

Keep in mind that we allow two working days for contact, so if the listing has only just closed and you haven't heard back, it's best to sit tight and give the seller a chance to respond.
