Made a payment to your Trade Me account that you can't spot yet? Don't stress, if you didn't use your card, payments made by internet banking can often take a working day or two to appear (due to bank processing times).
If you don't reckon it's a processing delay, please drop us a line with the following information, or you can call us on (04) 803 2698:
- How was the payment made? For example, internet banking, credit card or cheque.
- What date did you make the payment?
- What was the total amount of the payment?
- What references were attached to the payment? This is most helpful for us to use, so if you can't remember, please check your bank statement.
