Logging in

Having a hard time logging into your account? There are a few different reasons why you might be running into trouble.

Wrong email or password

If you type in the wrong email or password an error message will pop up. If you need to reset your password to something new, simply send password reset instructions to your email.

Outdated browser and cookies

Having an older browser can throw a spanner in the works, so it's a good idea to check yours is up to date. Sometimes you'll need to clear your cookies to give your browser a fresh slate to work with.

Membership not enabled/confirmation email not received

Once you've created your account, you need to hit the link in the confirmation email we send to activate your membership. Sometimes our emails are blocked, so if you can't spot the confirmation email, we have some tricks to make sure our emails reach you.
