Placing feedback as a seller
At the end of every auction we encourage the buyer and seller to place feedback on each other. This feedback should be factual and represent the outcome of the trade.
To submit feedback about the buyer, go to the 'Sold items' page (available from your 'My Trade Me' page) and click the 'Place feedback' link.
Sellers should place feedback about buyers only once the trade has been completed (payment received and item sent). Feedback can be edited only once and can't be reinstated if it is removed or deleted, so make sure you get it right and stay within the rules.
You can place feedback up to 45 days after the auction has closed. After this time there's no way to place feedback (even if you contact us directly), so make sure to get it placed in time!
Abuse of the trader feedback facility will not be tolerated. Traders submitting non-factual or abusive comments may have their feedback removed and/or memberships suspended.
