Placing feedback as a seller
At the end of every auction, we encourage the buyer and seller to place feedback.
To submit feedback for the buyer, go to 'Sold items' through 'My Trade Me', and select 'Place feedback'.
If you’re using one of our apps, select ‘Sold’ from the ‘Selling’ tab. Select the item and select ‘Feedback’ to place.
Only place feedback once payment is received and the item is delivered. You can place feedback up to 45 days after the auction has closed. After this time there's no way to place feedback.
Editing feedback
You can only edit feedback once. Feedback can’t be reinstated if it’s deleted. To edit or remove feedback, select 'Sold' from 'My Trade Me'. Select the listing
Unfair feedback
If you think you’ve received unfair feedback – check out your options.
Abuse of the trader feedback facility is not tolerated. Submitting non-factual or abusive comments may feedback removed and/or memberships suspended.
